Add a line break when the voice turns, the image needs air, or a word should carry extra weight. Leave a blank line when a stanza needs distance from the next. The editor keeps those decisions visible without a toolbar full of document formatting.
A live syllable total appears beside each written line. You can ignore it while drafting, consult it while testing a refrain, or use it to work toward a formal pattern. PoemNoBot never treats the number as a score.
Find another word without surrendering the poem
If one word blocks the next line, select that complete word. PoemNoBot can show rhymes, near rhymes, and synonyms for you to consider. A selected suggestion is copied rather than inserted, so nothing changes until you decide it belongs.
That small boundary matters: the editor supports discovery, but does not generate lines or claim authorship. The poem develops through your attention.
